Prime Minister underscores values of diligence, knowledge and courteous speech in daily life

New Delhi, May 4 (H.S.): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday shared a Sanskrit shloka emphasizing the importance of skill, hard work, knowledge, and compassion as key virtues for success in life.
In a post on X, the Prime Minister wrote: “को हि भारः समर्थानां किं दूरं व्यवसायिनाम्। को विदेशः सुविद्यानां कः परः प्रियवादिनाम्॥” highlighting how these qualities empower individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Explaining its significance, he noted that for those who are capable, no burden is too heavy; for the industrious, no distance is too far; for the learned, no place is foreign; and for those who speak with kindness, no one remains a stranger.
Message on Life Values
The Prime Minister stressed that skill, diligence, and compassion act as powerful forces in shaping a person’s journey. He added that these values not only help individuals tackle difficulties but also guide them towards fulfilling their aspirations.
His message reflects a broader emphasis on personal development, continuous learning, and maintaining positive human relationships in both personal and professional spheres.
