New Delhi, April 14: Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan on Tuesday at the Vice President’s House and exchanged greetings on the occasion of Tamil New Year, Puthandu, as well as Baisakhi.

The meeting coincided with multiple regional New Year celebrations observed across the country.
