Kolkata, April 8: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has approached the Election Commission (EC) with a complaint against Trinamool Congress leader Abhishek Banerjee, alleging that his recent remarks during an election rally in West Bengal violated the Model Code of Conduct (MCC).
