Supreme Universal has announced the launch of its new residential project, Supreme Rivana, a riverfront development spread across 12.6 acres in Punawale, Pune.
Planned as a gated community, the project will feature residential towers offering 2, 3, and 4 BHK homes. Positioned along a river edge, the development focuses on combining open spaces, natural surroundings, and modern urban living.
According to the developer, the project will be executed in phases, with a total development potential of over 3 million sq. ft. and an estimated construction investment exceeding ₹1,500 crore. The residential towers are being designed to maximise natural light, ventilation, and views.
A key highlight of the project is a multi-level clubhouse spanning over 50,000 sq. ft., expected to be among the larger lifestyle facilities in West Pune. The development will also include more than 50 amenities such as sports facilities and community spaces, along with landscaped areas and over 700 trees.
The location is expected to benefit from upcoming infrastructure, including the proposed Ring Road and the Navi Mumbai International Airport, which could improve connectivity. Punawale has seen steady residential growth in recent years due to its proximity to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, NH-48, and employment hubs like Hinjewadi.
The first phase of the project will include 2 and 3 BHK units in towers rising up to 30 floors, along with multi-level parking.
With this launch, Supreme Universal is expanding its presence in Pune’s western corridor, where demand continues to be driven by infrastructure development and proximity to IT and commercial centres.
